Privacy Policy
Last updated: 15 May 2026
Haque Bodywork (“we”, “us”, “our”) takes your privacy seriously. This policy explains what information we collect when you contact us for a repair quote or booking, how we use it, and the rights you have over it.
What we collect
- Your name and phone number when you submit the quote form or ring the workshop.
- Your email address, if you choose to share one.
- Vehicle details and a description of the damage so we can prepare a quote.
- Photos of the damage, if you choose to send them.
- Basic technical data (IP address, browser, pages visited) collected by the website host for security and analytics purposes.
How we use it
- To contact you back with a quote and to arrange the repair.
- To liaise with your insurer, if the repair is going through a claim.
- To keep a record of the work we have carried out for guarantee purposes.
- To comply with our legal and accounting obligations.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for marketing. The only third parties who see your details are your insurer (where relevant) and the companies who supply parts or paint for your specific repair.
How long we keep it
Quote enquiries that do not turn into a booking are kept for twelve months. Records of completed repairs are kept for seven years, in line with HMRC record-keeping rules and so we can honour the workmanship guarantee.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to our legal obligation to keep invoice and tax records). To exercise any of these rights, ring the workshop on 07476 191775 or write to the address below.
Cookies
This website uses a small number of first-party cookies for basic functionality and anonymous analytics. No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies are set.
